No. Our patented, environmentally friendly cleaning solution is 100% odorless, has no toxins, and leaves a residue free environment. Your carpets will get a deep clean without harming you, your family, or any pets you may have.

Being a water-conscious company, our machines are designed to never flood your padding resulting in a typical dry time of around 4-8 hrs. Of course, depending on temperature, humidity, and air flow within your home, this time could increase or decrease. Turning on ceiling fans or using a box fan can further decrease the dry time. Additionally, because we use a non-toxic cleaning agent, it’s perfectly safe to walk on your carpet while it’s drying.

We charge per room at $40/room, with a minimum of $120.

No. Our cleaning technicians will not move heavy or bulky items. This includes, but is not limited to, pianos, sofas, beds, bookcases, TVs, etc. If you forget to move your things, don’t worry! Our technicians will expertly maneuver around any obstacle left in the way to give you a great clean.

Yes, we ask that someone be home while we clean to ensure every area is cleaned to your liking and to make it safe and easy for our technicians to enter and exit the property.

Yes. We clean upholstery with the same level of care and efficiency as we do carpets. If you’d like both your carpet and upholstery cleaned, we can do both on one visit.

Yes. Pet stains are the number one complaint from customers, so we pay extra attention to areas affected by cat/dog urine or vomit stains. We do this at no additional cost.

We operate Monday – Saturday from 8AM-5PM. Additionally, we have 24-hour emergency services.

No. We do not charge for cancelation but we do ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Yes. Our technicians can clean your air ducts for you as well. Dirty air ducts reduce your home’s ability to filter our dust and other harmful pollutants. Yes. Our technicians can clean your tile too. Tile and grout are known to suffer from a buildup of mildew, mold, and dirt, turning your beautiful floors into a petri dish for all sorts of harmful substances. Regular cleaning measures don’t always work, and store-bought cleaners aren’t strong enough to do the job, not to mention the harsh chemical smell they leave behind.
